Co to do cholery to oznacza?  Ever feel you’re trying to understand a new language in those fancy cookbooks?  Whether you prefer allergen-free meals or your body flat out rejects certain types food (sometimes in a loud scream), we make it easy for you to give your body the best foods FREE of common allergens.  At Conveniently Natural, our meals are FREE of these common allergens:

  • Meat

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Fish/shellfish

  • Gluten*

Though Soy and Nuts are a staple in our dishes, you can always substitute those dishes for our other Soy Free and Nut Free options.  We try to maintain no more than 2-3 meals per week with these ingredients.

*All dishes always offer a Gluten Free option.  Our substitutions are typically as follows: 

  • Organic whole wheat pasta ⇒ Tinkyada organic brown rice pasta

  • Vital Wheat Gluten (Seitan) ⇒ Central Soy (Lawrence, KS) organic tofu

  • Organic couscous ⇒ Organic millet

  • Organic all-purpose flour ⇒ Organic brown rice flour blend
