Q: How much food should I order?

A: Our meals are intended to provide the flexibility that you need in order to stay healthy.  In giving you the freedom to choose how to portion, pair, and eat our dishes, you can use our plans to provide all of our lunch and dinner needs OR fill in gaps where needed.

For vegans/vegetarians:  Our most popular plan is the Couple Plan, which can provide lunches AND dinners for one person OR dinners (or lunches) for two people.  Our 24 oz containers provide 3 generous portions and meals are meant to be mixed and matched, for example, one portion of a main dish with two portions of two side dishes.  Our Individual Plan will provide most lunches and dinners for one person if portioning is done as mentioned.

For carnivores:  Our Couple Plan will provide lunches AND dinners for two people, paired with meat/fish.  Our Individual Plan will will provide lunches AND dinners for one person, paired with meat/fish.  Ala carte ordering is available for more flexibility. We recommend four Couple size dishes paired with an animal protein for a two people who are looking to provide dinners only (or lunches only). Similarly, we recommend four Individual size dishes paired with an animal protein for one person who is looking to provide dinners only (or lunches only).

Q: Do you offer nutritional information for your meals?

A: We do not currently offer nutritional information.  Our meals are always fresh prepared utilizing whole foods and mostly organic products.  Our philosophy in health is to eat as closely as possible to what Mother Nature intended.  Food is neither "good" nor "bad," just as we don't recommend a diet to get "on" or "off."  

Q: Can I really save money by purchasing your meals versus grocery shopping myself?

A: YES!  If you were to shop at your local grocery store for the same ingredients we use in our meals, you would spend $150-200 on average.  We only charge you $102 and include purchase, preparation, and delivery!  We take advantage of bulk orders and pass that discount on to you!

Q: Can I customize my order?

A: We only make the 8 dishes listed on the menu for that week. If you don't like one of the dishes you can double up on another. Main dishes can be substituted for other main dishes.  Side dishes can be substituted for other side dishes.

Q: Are your meals completely vegan?

A: Our meals are completely vegan. There is no egg, dairy, meat, honey or calcium caseinate in any of our dishes. The majority of the cheese we use is manufactured by the Daiya Company. Daiya Vegan Cheese is made from safflower oil, coconut oil and natural flavorings.  For more information on Daiya products please click here.  Vegan is defined as containing no animal ingredients or animal by products. Q: Can I get a discount if I refer my friends?

A: For every friend you refer you get a $10.00 discount on your next order. Just have them tell us they were referred by you.

Q: How long will my food keep?

A: Since our meals are vegan, they keep extremely well if refrigerated after delivery. Our dishes will keep for 5 days (unless otherwise marked on the container). Some of our meals also keep in the freezer. Please feel free to ask us about any particular dish. We typically use the following oils that also reduce the rate of oxidation in a food, which helps prevent it from spoiling quickly: olive, coconut, and safflower.  We always use expeller pressed, extra virgin oils.  The only oil that is not always organic is safflower oil due to availability.

Q: How often do your menus repeat?

A: Our menus repeat every 6 weeks.  That means you will only eat the same thing eight times a year!  We are always working on and adding new dishes to our menus.

Q: Can I lose weight by eating Conveniently Natural meals?

A: We do not advertise our service as a weight loss program. We believe in preparing clean natural food with the best ingredients available. This way your body is functioning at 100%. However, we have had many customers thank us for helping them lose weight.

Q: When do I have to place my order by?

A: We accept orders all the time. For us to guarantee a delivery on Monday you must order no later than Friday before midnight.  Please call or email if you are post-deadline but would still like Monday delivery.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: If your order is cancelled by Friday by 5pm, you will receive a full refund.  To cancel, please call 913-766-2312 and leave us a message OR email orders@convenientlynatural.com.  Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

Q: What do I do if I'm not going to be home at the time of delivery?

A: Most of our clients leave a cooler out for us. The cooler should be able to hold about 3 six packs of soda and have enough room for ice. The cooler pictured to the right has a Couple Plan order in it and is the perfect size for the Couple, Individual, or most Al a Carte orders.  For Family Size orders, a cooler roughly double in size is needed.  The dimensions of this particular cooler are 14 inches across, 12 inches tall, and 10 inches deep.  If you do not have a cooler we can provide one for a $5.00 fee. Some clients also give us access to a refrigerator in the garage or in a guest house.

Q: Where do you deliver?
