Ordering Our Meals

When Will My Order Arrive?

We deliver on Sundays. In order to receive your Sunday delivery, your order must be placed by the preceding Thursday at noon (12p CST)! Miss the deadline? Give our Customer Service Manager a call at 816-892-0833 and ask if we are able to accommodate a late order!

What Types of Meals and Meal Plans Do You Offer?

We offer flexible meal plans for a party of 1, 2 or 4!  Customize your weekly menu with the Individual, Couple, and Family plans by choosing 5 meals.  Choose meat, vegetarian or a combination of both! These delicious meals offer a healthy twist on your favorite family meals.  

Do I have to order a meal plan? 

If you just looking to fill gaps during your week, order a la carte by clicking on the "Shop" tab and selecting the dishes and sizes that work best for you.  Hint:  Purchasing a meal plan saves up to 27% versus a la carte!

Can I just order for one week or do I have to buy a big, expensive package?

We offer flexible ways for you to purchase your meals. We want to earn your business every week, so you are not locked into a minimum number of weeks. Try us out for a week OR subscribe and save 5%!  Subscriptions are for your convenience only ~ we place your order each week for the designated meal plan. You get billed every Monday and your food comes to your doorstep on Sundays with no work on your part... Easy as Chicken Pot Pie! You can skip weeks or cancel at any time by emailing or calling us.

What if I Don’t Eat (Insert Offending Food Here)?

We know you may be feeding people with food allergies, preferences, or just plain picky eaters. You can use our search tool in the upper right hand corner of the page and type in preferences such as gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, or vegan. In order to keep our costs as low as possible, we do not customize each dish to remove certain ingredients, however, you can always chose which meals you want in the meal plan.  

Home Delivery

Do I Have to be Home to Receive My Meals?

Nope! We know you're busy and may be out doing exciting things on the weekend. Simply leave a cooler out for our drivers. Your order will be left with ice gel packs to stay cold for 6-8 hours at a time. Drivers will ring the doorbell to let you know your food has arrived. (Drivers do not wait for answer.)  

What if I Forget to Leave My Cooler Out?

No problem. Our drivers will leave your meals in one of our cooler bags with ice gel packs. You will be charged $10 for use of the cooler. Upon its safe return (you can leave out at your next delivery), you will receive a $10 refund.

Is there a Minimum Order or Delivery Fee?

We do not have a minimum order to deliver, however, all orders under $50 are subject to a $10 delivery fee. 

Will You Deliver to Me?

We deliver anywhere in a 30-mile radius of our commercial kitchen, located on the south end of Kansas City. This includes:  Kansas City, Mission Hills, Westwood, Roeland Park, Fairway, Prairie Village, Leawood, Overland Park, Lenexa, Olathe, Bonner Springs, Shawnee, Parkville, Riverside, Gladstone, Liberty, Pleasant Valley, North Kansas City, Independence, Blue Springs, Raytown, Lees Summit, Grandview, Belton, Raymore, and Peculiar.

Do You Offer Pick Up?

We currently offer delivery only, however, if you have a special one-time situation, we can accommodate a pick up order for you. Our drivers are used to delivering to apartments, offices, hotels, circus tents or wherever else is most convenient for you. We can get creative with deliveries if necessary.
